Veronica Nadine Hammie Fofana, 46, suddenly departed this
life on April 18, 2015 at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park,
NY. She formerly resided in New Haven. Veronica is survived by 2 children,
DaJuan Hammie of Cheshire, and Tyshaunda Robinson (Aaron); a grandson, Carmello
Moody of New Haven; her parents, Carolyn Hammie of West Haven, and Eddie
Hammie, Jr. (Beverly); 2 siblings, Lisa Hammie-Presley (Michael) of New Haven,
and James Jordan of Windham; grandfather, Eddie Hammie, Sr, of New Haven; 4
aunts, 2 uncles; several nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and
friends.
Services will be held
Saturday, April 25, 2015 11:00 o’clock at Colonial 86 Circular Ave., Hamden. Viewing at Colonial from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Interment will be private. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com
