Patreese Arsenio Charles, 25, of Hamden, tragically entered into eternal life on May 2, 2015 in Puerto Rico. Born Nov. 9, 1989 in Guyana, South America the cherished son of Henry S. and Yonnette Browne-Charles of Hamden whom he resided with. Beloved brother of Patreena, Prisca–Laura, Pryncess Ashira Charles, and nephew Charles Juleus Moore. Survived by paternal aunts Wedal (Rudy) Moffatt, Vester Charles, Barbara (Alfred) Chow-yen, Faye and Pearletta Charles.  Paternal uncles Horace Jupiter, Alfred (Sandra) Charles and great uncle Kent Charles. Also survived by maternal aunts Marilyn (Eion) Williams, Shellon Hyde, Shondelle Browne, Abiola (Joseph) Patterson, Sandra Browne, and uncle Earl Browne. Also beloved paternal cousin of Tyrone, Jeanene, Megan, Justina, Joseph, Simone, Jeremy, Shareen, Ushana, Pamela, Samantha, Tori Anna, Percival, Simeon, Shondelle, Soanna, Savonda, Seretse, Stacy, Shawn, Alfred, Mingfee, Alexander, Tatianna, and maternal cousin of Blossom, Keion, Naomi, Osei Mosei, Dillon, Curtley, Shanice, Shania, Shaquan, Nikesha, Daniel, Stephon. He was a graduate of Uconn and a Sgt. of the Army National Guard. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Laura and Roy Charles and maternal grandparents Norma and Kingsley Browne. Also predeceased by paternal uncle Joseph Jupiter and maternal aunt Arleen Browne.

Church Service will be held at Trinity Church on the Green, 950 Chapel St. New Haven Saturday May 30th, 2015 at 10 O’clock. Interment will be in Charles family plot at Beaverdale Memorial Park. Calling hours will be Friday evening at COLONIAL 86 Circular Ave. Hamden from 4-8p.m. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com
