Amparo Pagan Rodriguez, age 59, of New Haven, lost her
courageous battle with cancer for over two years on Monday October 17, 2016 in
her home with her loving family by her side. Born on November 5, 1956, in
Utuado, Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Eufemio and Milagros Flores
Rodriguez. The beloved wife of Heriberto Pagan Sr. of New Haven. Cherished
mother of Marisol (Michael) Rivera of North Branford, Heriberto (Rosalind)
Pagan Jr. of East Haven, and Madeline (Celestino) Estrada of New Haven. Loving
grandmother of Erik, Sebastian Estrada, Madison, Shannon, Sheyenne Rivera,
Kristaliz, Heledy, Heriberto Pagan III. Also survived by 6 brothers and 2
sisters. Predeceased by one brother. Amparo really enjoyed cooking, and loved
gardening. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of CT
Hospice Care, and also to the family members that took care of her for the past
two years.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday October 21, 2016 in
Pentecostal Church of God M.I., 99 E Pearl St. New Haven at 11 O’clock with
Pastor Otero officiating. Interment will follow in the Pagan family plot at
Evergreen Cemetery. Wake will be held at
church on Thursday from 5-9pm. Condolences may be expressed at

I pray that you are able to find comfort in God's promise of paradise where there will be no more pain and sorrow (Revelation 21 : 4, 5 ) and the many wonderful memories of your beloved becoming a reality in the future resurrection.
