Dr. Ardell E. Tucker, age 90, of New Haven entered into
eternal life on Jan. 25, 2015. Born on
Jan. 8, 1925 in Hertford, NC to the late George White and Lilly Norcum. She
leaves behind a host of special children Dorothy Barber, Gail Pressley, Alwyne
Smith, Robert Smith, Jamarr Myrick, Lawrence Washington, Dominic Armour. Also
survived by brother Claude White and special grandchildren Krystal Pressley and
Raven Barber. Ardell had 70 years involved in ministry and 50 years of
pastoring. She was predeceased by one daughter Thelma Tucker.
A celebration of Dr. Tucker’s life will be held Sat. Jan 31,
2015 at 10 O’clock in The New Trinity Church of God in Christ 285 Dixwell Ave.
New Haven. Viewing at church from 9-10a.m. Interment will be private in the
Tucker family plot at the convenience of the family. Condolences may be
