Bessie Marie (Moore) Hunter, age 81, of Waterbury, entered into eternal life on April 25, 2016. Born on August 8, 1934 in Corapeake, North Carolina, the beloved daughter of Walter and Emma (Parks) Moore. The loving wife of Israel Hunter Sr. of VA. Cherished mother of Israel (Dani) Hunter Jr. of FL., Lillian Hunter, Mae (Emilio) Molina, Alice (Anthony) Waterman, Lloyd (Cathy) Hunter, Russell (Linda) Hunter, Leroy Hunter, Samuel (Michelle) Hunter, Audrey (Jose Soto) Hunter all of Waterbury. Also survived by 17 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 2 brothers, and 3 sisters.
Viewing on Wednesday night April 27, 2016 at Colonial, 86 Circular Ave. Hamden from 6-7pm. Burial will be later in the week in Moore Family Cemetery in North Carolina.
