Donella Ruth Humbert, age 61, of New Haven, entered into
eternal life on Tuesday January 24, 2017. Born on August 12, 1955 in Florence,
SC, the daughter of the late Emma and Charles Snowden. Cherished mother of
Maxine Jones (Rochelle Jacobs) of New Haven. Grandmother of Patice McCoy of
Bridgeport and Roshay Jacobs of New Haven. Beloved sister of Darlene Atterbury
of New Haven, Jenette (Ronnie0 McCloud, Ivy McCall, and Alisha Snowden all of
SC. Predeceased by siblings Ednamae, Charlie Snowden, and Charlene Williams.
A Celebration of Donella’s life will be held on Tuesday
February 7, 2017 in Colonial, 86 Circular Ave Hamden at 11 O’clock. Interment
will follow in the Humbert family plot in Evergreen Cemetery. Viewing in Colonial from 10-11am. Condolences
