Jasmine Levette Moncrease, age 32, of West Haven, tragically
entered into eternal rest on Saturday January 28, 2017. Born on October 8, 1984
in New Haven, the beloved daughter of Joel Lee Moncrease of West Haven.
Jasmine’s father figure was Dondi Burroughs of GA. Cherished sister of Patrick
(Darcel), Alphonse, Phillip Moncrease all of West Haven, and Quinana (Anthony)
Hillard of VA. Also survived by her father Jay Boykin of New Haven, a host of
nieces, nephews, and 2 great nieces.
A Celebration of Jasmine’s life will be held on Saturday
February 18, 2017 in Colonial, 86 Circular Ave Hamden at 11 O’clock. Viewing in
Colonial from 10-11am. The family welcomes everyone to the Ebenezer Chapel, 50
Dwight St. New Haven after the funeral services. Condolences may be expressed

I pray that you are able to find comfort in God's promise of paradise where there will be no more pain and sorrow (Revelation 21:4,5) and the many wonderful memories of your beloved becoming a reality in the future resurrection in paradise.
