Venus Rachel Williams, age 57, of New Haven, entered into eternal life on June 12, 2016. She was born on April 29, 1959 in Norwalk, the beloved daughter of Patricia Williams. The cherished mother of Enrique (Renita) Williams, and Ricquella Williams both of New Haven. The loving sister of Regina Edwards of FL, Amos Williams of Bridgeport, and Kevin Williams of New Haven. Also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one son Tremaine Williams, and 2 sisters Lena Horne, Janie Boyd. She was a CNA for 16 years at the Jewish Aged Home in New Haven.
A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday June 18, 2016 in Colonial, 86 Circular Ave. Hamden at 12 O’clock (noon). Viewing in Colonial from 11-12 noon. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com.
