Celestine (Wallace) Walker, age 79, of New Haven, entered
into eternal life on Sunday May 22, 2016. She was born on December 26, 1936 in
Jacksonville, FL, the daughter of the late Louise and Lester Wallace. The
beloved wife of the late Milton Walker Sr. Leaves to cherish her memory
daughters: Robin Walker-Tyson, Mildred Walker, Linda Walker, and Aleka
(Gilbert) Walker-Priest; sons Frederick Walker Sr., and Milton Walker Jr. Also
survived by 8 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson, a
cousin, niece, dear friend Lillie Bell, and a host of friends that loved her.
Predeceased by one son Anthony Walker, 2 sisters, and 3 brothers.
A Celebration of Celestine’s life will be held on Saturday
June 3, 2016 in Colonial, 86 Circular Ave. Hamden at 11 O’clock. Viewing in
