on April 1, 1966 in New Haven. The beloved daughter of Barbara Townsend and the late
James Townsend. The cherished mother of Daphney Townsend of New Haven. Survived
by 2 sisters Daffie Jones of Hamden, and Kathy Townsend of New Haven. Also leaves
behind 2 grandchildren Tay'Vion Hart and Ne’Riah Townsend both of Hamden. Also 3
nieces and 1 great nephew.
