  1. To Capt Bob's family, may God keep you in perfect peace. May He hold you close in this time of sorrow. Capt. Bob was my second in command when I operated CPP Security in West Haven. He was my friend and he was a good man. He loved your mother and the family. We had occasion to see each other at the Veteran's Hospital. We expected to meet for coffee but things did not work out. I will miss him and his smile and laugh. May God continue to bless all of you in your time of need. Bob had my number. But, you can reach me at Bethel AME Church New Haven.
